slowly drifting away..

 I've been looking for a longline blazer for a while now and came across this one on Boohoo a few weeks ago. I preferably wanted a white one but it's proven to be a lot to get my hands on. I love this black one though, so stylish and goes with just about anything! It comes in black and pink and at only £25 i thought i would try it. So it's sitting nicely in my wardrobe now with the returns form in the bin!

I went into Miss Selfridge during my lunch (They've got an amazing collection just now) and since i was in a bit of a rush i just picked up a few things without trying them on. I wasn't sure if i'd be keeping this top but completely love it on. It's slightly cropped so perfect for a night out too :)

 It's that time again when Fashion chick host the Amsterdam Fashion Week competition. This years #FCfindyourlook winner will receive loads of on-site exposure, return tickets to Amsterdam, two nights at the amazing art'otel Amsterdam, tickets to official MBFWA shows as well as a huge selection of gifts from some amazing sponsors!

I chose this as my MBFWA outfit because it's summery and chic at the same time. The coat from ASOS is the perfect colour to last me all summer. I honestly fell in love when i saw it online and it had been reduced but it appears to be back at it's original price again, lucky me eh? The boyfriend coat is very in at the moment, in every colour under the sun! But yellow is my fav colour just now and the fit and style of this coat is perfect!

I put on my plunge bodysuit from Miss Selfridge with my black skinnies of course - Black skinny jeans are probably the best and most timeless fashion piece yet!

I also grabbed my Rihanna barely there shoes to make the outfit look a bit more elegant and stylish, they're not the most comfiest shoes in the world, but they're just so beautiful!

gingham prints..

We've been so lucky to have really nice weather recently i decided to put on some brighter clothes. I know this won't be everyones cup of tea but i'm sure you've seen these Topshop gingham trousers everywhere. I was really thinking about returning them for a while because eeeevveryone has them but they just look so nice on!

Threw on my new short sleeve knit from Missguided. LOVING the colour and the high neck. Theres a few different colours to choose from online and to be honest it's so nice to throw on with a pair of black skinny jeans! I would love a few other colours!
