It's still bloody cold outside, pretty sure it's getting colder! So i threw together this look for an evening/going out look as i'm not yet brave enough to go out there in a dress or skirt. 

I know January and February are always the months people have no money, everyone feels like they've put on a couple of pounds over Christmas and are on their fitness hype - but i still think it's so important to meet with your friends and go out and have a laugh, it helps keep these next couple of months a bit more fun. I've got a night out planned with a couple of my friends the start of February and i can't wait!

I've started off January on a positive note and refuse to fall into the "January blues" trap. I've already accomplished one of my 2017 goals just 2 weeks in and i'm now focused on more to come.

I picked up this top in River Island as i love the tie detailing on the sleeves, it's a bit of a trend at the moment but i still think it looks unusual and different for a night at the bar or a dinner date.  I think there's a few colours to choose from but obviously, the khaki was my favourite! Quite a simple look but i still think the detailing adds all that it needs. Let me know what you think if you purchase?
